After-sale service system

To ensure that customers are satisfied with our after-sale service, we set up a three-component system. The three components are a competent after-sale service team, a standardized after-sale service process and a service quality monitoring and feedback mechanism. And we also manage our after sale services according to a quality management system.

Service assurance measures

1. Provide customer service via instant communication tools such as telephone, fax and emails; survey customer satisfaction at regular intervals; find potential needs of customers when providing service.

2. Make follow-up calls to customers at regular intervals. Create a feedback mechanism to collect customer feedback on our products and service. And take measures to improve customer service.

3. System update: System update at regular intervals so as to keep your system advanced, applicable and efficient.

4. System security assurance: database maintenance and system performance testing.
