2. Establish a communication mechanism.

2.1 Set up three WeChat groups uniformly. Each WeChat group shall implement the daily regular group report system.

2.2 Main tasks of leaders of the WeChat group:

2.2.1 Strengthen communication and contact with the staff in the group, keep abreast of the living environment and health of the staff in real-time, and inform the WeChat group leader of the company of the daily situation of all the staff in the group from 16:00 to 17:00 every day (report any abnormal situation in time).

2.2.2 To guide the staff to take proper precautions.

2.2.3 Release the company's decisions and relevant information.

3.  Requirements of employees:

3.1 Report daily living environment and health status as required;

3.2 Report health abnormalities to Wechat group in time;

3.3 For those who leave Shenzhen during the Spring Festival holiday, they shall report the specific time of returning, the means of transport for the return journey and the route provinces and cities.

3.4 Pay close attention to the epidemic information and prevention knowledge released through official channels, actively take defensive measures, make fewer outside meeting, and do not participate in parties to ensure their own safety.

3.5 Do not believe, do not spread unverified information, consciously maintain social stability.

4. Arrangement of Spring Festival

According to the notice requirements of Guangdong provincial government and local district government, our company belongs to the enterprise that "restarts work no earlier than 24:00 on February 9th". Therefore, the company's Spring Festival holiday is extended to February 9th.

5. Resume work

5.1 All employees shall return to work on February 10.

5.2 Working mode

Before the outbreak is relieved, a small number of authorized and reported personnel may come to work in the office for special work needs, the majority of people work in a "self-isolated, decentralized and telecommuting" mode, and all the working management shall be organized and implemented by departments and project teams.
