Dec 30, 2011, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China (AQSIQ) and Standardization Administration of China (SAC) published national standards of MPR publication.
Aug 25, 2014, the International Standard Link Identifier was approved by ISO in the final round of voting and would be published soon.

August 29, 2016, ISLI national standard was officially approved and published by AQSIQ( General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of P.R.C ) and SAC( Standardization Administration of P.R.C )
The ISLI&MPR standard system is based on the Compound Digital Publishing Solution and its underlying technology system invented by Shenzhen MPR Technology Co., Ltd and is designed for the field of information and documentation industry. And the National Standards of MPR Publication were made guiding standards for the digitalized transformation and upgrade of central cultural enterprises by the SAPPRFT (State Administration of Press，Publication，Radio, Film and Television) and are being implemented by 22 pilot bases including People’s Education Press, Guangdong Provincial Publishing Group, Henan Provincial Publishing Group, Shaanxi Provincial Publishing Group, China Children’s Press and Publication Group and Beijing Normal University Press. Besides the publishing industry, the ISLI&MPR standard system also starts to be used in fields like education, tourism, anti-counterfeiting and game.
